    Boston, MA 10/08/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Online retailing giant Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) announced on 7th October that it will be taking “top deals” being offered by its seller community and showcase the same to buyers from across the globe on its popular holiday deal pages. The special deals would be prominently displayed on its popular online web portals like “Amazon Today’s Deals, Black Friday Store, Cyber Monday Store” going forward, the retailing giant disclosed yesterday. This new approach of spreading its net wide globally would be accomplished by introducing the offers on its region specific websites in countries like China, India, Japan and other countries. Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) hopes to connect its global customer base to the special holiday deals which are made available by local vendors through this practice.

    Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDTI) announced on 7th October that it has decided to expanded its timing devices product offering through the launch of 1.5 V clock generators. It has also introduced new clock multiplexers to its product bucket. The tech firm which has emerged as one of the top system-on-chip solution provider hopes to garner a larger market of the niche “space- and power-constrained designs” market space. The new solutions are designed to offer nearly 90 percent dip in the power consumption in comparison to the 3.3 V HCSL devices.

    In a press release which came out of Berlin, Trimble Navigation Limited (NASDAQ:TRMB) announced on 7th October that it has released a new software platform which is specifically designed to meet the growing needs of “for geospatial and remote sensing professionals.” The new solution platform is expected to streamline and shorten the time required to perform land cover tracking and mapping chores though the use of photos and images captured by remote sensing satellites.  The new platform is being branded and marketed as “eCognition Essentials.” It comes bundled with a counter intuitive image enhancement and analysis capability, the press note indicated.
