Two Large Call Trades in NexGen Energy Ltd. (Symbol: NXE)

    This morning two large trades occurred in out of the money calls in NexGen Energy Ltd. (Symbol: NXE). The February 16 ’24 8 calls traded 10,000 contracts for $0.28 and the February 16 ’24 9 calls traded 10,000 contracts for $0.10. Both lines have large open interest and looking at the NBBO for both strikes it looks like the trader sold the calls and was most likely closing an existing position. At the time of the trade NXE was trading at $7.39.

    NXE is currently trading at $7.42. NXE has a 52-week high of $8.05 and a 52-week low of $3.49.
