Yesterday the stock was upgraded by RBC Capital markets to Outperform with a target of $23-$32. Company declared stellar set of results after it reported an increase of 27% in sales which were way above analyst estimates.

Charter Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:CHFN): Charter Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:CHFN) surged by 6.28% to close at $12.69 with an increase in volume of 1,499% increase compared to its average volume after it received required regulatory approval for its financial stock offering. Charter Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:CHFN) would be offering common stock anywhere between 11 million to 15 million shares of common stock at the rate of $10 per share.
