Boston, MA 08/20/2014 (wallstreetpr) – Steel Dynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ:STLD) announced that it is partnering with Manchester University for offering leadership development program. It is designed specifically for the SDI employees, and duration of the program will be one year. The Dynamic Development program will be a non-degree and highly specialized program that will begin from September 24 at Manchester’s Fort Wayne campus.

The new Dynamic Development Program in association with Manchester University will open a new learning journey for the employees. The program

The new Development Program curriculum is specially planned to meet the set standards of Steel Dynamics leadership style, culture and other specific needs. It will include topics like leadership, communication and strategic thinking. In all, there will be seven important areas covered in the curriculum. The session will be delivered by the experienced business professionals, experienced Manchester faculty and Steel Dynamic leaders. Between the sessions, the employees will also work on online modules and reading assignments targeting independent learning. The sessions will be conducted at Manchester’s Fort Wayne campus.
