It is designed specifically for the SDI employees, and duration of the program will be one year. The Dynamic Development program will be a non-degree and highly specialized program that will begin from September 24 at Manchester’s Fort Wayne campus.

The session will be delivered by the experienced business professionals, experienced Manchester faculty and Steel Dynamic leaders. Between the sessions, the employees will also work on online modules and reading assignments targeting independent learning. The sessions will be conducted at Manchester’s Fort Wayne campus.
