Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ:MCHX) recently disclosed an insider buying transaction involving CEO, Peter Christothoulou. The CEO bought a total of 1,350 shares in the company at a share price of $3.65. The transaction was made on August 26, 2015 and the SEC was notified on the same day. The recent move has bought insider ownership of company shares to 11%, while institutional investors owned 64.7% shares.

Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ:MCHX) experienced a slight decline of 0.77% in its share value, after having traded 38,798 shares during the September 11 session. The stock stood at a share price of $3.89 at the closing bell.
