Apart from central office building, this world-class campus will also include an amenities’ building, a parking structure and park-like open green space. As per the information, the estimated project length will be close to $100 million. There will be a lot of eye-steering amenities on campus, which will include a fitness center, cafe, day care and health clinic. Apart from these amenities, Overstock.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSTK) is also planning to form an open greenhouse space, in which it can produce various organic and fresh products that can be used at the cafe.
