On4 Communications Inc (OTCMKTS:ONCI) has signed a major new deal with a California dealership with numerous brands including Ford, Audi, Kia, Hyundai, Subaru, Mercedes, BMW and Chevy. Steve Berman, the CEO, reported that this agreement is for 25 dealerships in Orange County and Los Angeles, California. Each dealer in the contact will take 20 units/month at $200 per unit which is $100,000/month and $1.2 million/year. The units are planned to be delivered by or on October 1, 2017.
The CEO of On4 reported that they are also thrilled to report the name of their FMS safe driving app, their international tracking device, and their apps presently in beta testing. The BSAFE MOBILE app protects the driver from the jeopardies of distracted driving. As of now, it is selling at $250/unit. The FMS global tracking equipment- B FOUND MOBILE tracks automobiles anywhere even under five feet of concrete.
On4 reported that pre-sales orders price is $250 per unit. The first application planned for beta testing is OKGOLFER, an app which tells the participant what club to hit grounded on their handicap and advances the game by two hours. This app is expected to be priced at $100 per unit. GOLF GAMBLER is the next app in beta testing. It is a gambling app that allows golfers bet on their round. This unique app is free, the income varies and is compensated after completion of each round.
Yet to be titled is an alcohol tracking sensor that is a lot more similar to breathalyzer. This application will be launched to market priced at $150/unit. Additionally, On4 Communications application list includes a car seat monitoring sensor intended to monitor car temperature and know whether a car seat is full. This will be priced at $150 per unit.
In the last trading session, the stock price of On4 declined 6% to close the day at $0.00940.
