Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s Surface Tablet Sued By Lawyer On Storage – MSFT, ADBE, CPWR, FFIV, VRSN

On Wednesday, a California lawyer is filed a law suit on Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), asserting the Surface tablet he purchased doesn’t have all the storage space the firm advertised.

A lawyer in Los Angeles, Andrew Sokolowski blames that he purchased a Surface with 32 gigabytes of storage previous week. Other than he quickly ran out of space later than loading it with music and Microsoft Word documents.
He revealed that a significant portion of the 32 GB storage space was being utilized by the operating system and pre-installed apps like Word and Excel. Only 16 GB was accessible for him to use.
Sokolowski’s lawyers suited claiming false advertising and unfair business practices on Tuesday at the Superior Court in Los Angeles. They are looking for class action status.

Shares of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) opened at $76.10 with 27.24 million outstanding shares and touch its highest price of $27.29 of the day and then finished at $26.84 by scoring -0.92%, as in the whole session stocks gain volume of 76.10 million shares which is higher than its average volume.

As the owner ship concerns stock institutional ownership remained 67.40% while insider ownership included 5.32%. The share capital of MSFT has 8.42 billion outstanding shares amid them 7.63 billion shares have been floated in market.

For investors focus on the performance of the stocks so the MSFT showed weekly behind performance of -6.93% which was maintained for the month at -7.32%. Correspondingly the negative performance for the quarter was remained -10.17% and if took notice on yearly performance that was 3.35% whereas the year to date performance halted at 6.30%.

(NASDAQ:FFIV)’s ROI 20.84%, Verisign, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRSN)’s ROI 37.09%.
