Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSEMKT:IDN) Picks Its COO, Dr. William H. Roof, For Its CEO And President Positions

Boston, MA 09/23/2014 (wallstreetpr) – According to a news published in Yahoo! Finance, Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSEMKT:IDN) selected its present COO for the roles of the CEO and President.

The new CEO and President

The international leader in wireless security systems and identity solutions, Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSEMKT:IDN), decided for a management change by appointing the Chief Operating Officer, William H. Roof, Ph.D. for two of its prestigious roles of the President and the CEO.

The replace

The new roles will be effective from October 1, 2014. According to the report, Dr. Roof would be taking up the position replacing Nelson Ludlow, Ph.D. Dr. Ludlow would be stepping down from his position soon. After the departure, Dr. Ludlow would take up the position of Strategic plus Technical Advisor to Intellicheck.

Another alteration

There would be another change in the management as Bonnie Ludlow would be withdrawing from the present position of the Senior VP to become a Government Contracting Advisor to the company, whose new role would be effective the same day. In fact, both Bonnie Ludlow and Nelson Ludlow are walking out from their positions on the same day, September 30.

Dr. Roof’s vast experience

Dr. Roof holds above 30 years of know-how in the domains of leadership and engineering in the military and civilian sections. Previously, Dr. Roof served as the company’s Chief Scientist and the Senior VP from May 2009 to April 2011. The expert rejoined the company in August.

The Chairman Commented

The Chairman of the Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSEMKT:IDN), Admiral Michael D. Malone, commented that Dr. Roof possesses a strong resume in heading technical groups. Also, he acquired Ph.D. in the field of software engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. Additionally, he worked at the company earlier and is highly specialized with an intense insight into the business.
