Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) Unveils Breadcrumb Live App For Restaurants For Real-Time Monitoring Of Data

Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) has introduced a new iPhone app – Breadcrumb Live to allow restaurants monitoring real-time business data.

The new iPhone app lends a helping hand to the restaurants to monitor real-time sales, check counts and number of guests. The restaurant owners will now able to analyze the customer’s trends, traffic, revenue trends, and incorporate appropriate measures to boost sales.

The new app is compatible with iPhone 8 or later versions only. The users should have administrative access to the Breadcrumb website. It comes as a handy tool for the owners to monitor the performance of the employees. Groupon has updated the new app with customer reports and employee profiles giving more control over the business.

It aims to gain back restaurants into its fold from the earlier point of sales with the introduction of a new iPhone app. The company will charge a monthly subscription of $99 for the new service.

The company began offering Breadcrumb Pro to the users of mobile phones for free. However, the users will have to opt for a monthly subscription of $99.

The customers can use the new app on up to 10 iPads for a monthly contribution of $399. This plan is ideal for restaurants that offer iPads to the staff to easily set the schedules, customize the menus and manage the tables.
